We're Regina & Logan:
health coaches and most importantly humans who've been there.
We started Community Gains because we kept seeing the same thing: brilliant, caring people who would give everything to their work and community — while leaving nothing for themselves. (We may have been guilty of this too, not gonna lie.)
Regina does mental wellness coaching while Logan handles the physical side, building training programs for real humans with real lives, not Instagram highlight reels.
Together, we help you feel like yourself again.

A 12-week group coaching program for people who are ready to actually make changes — not just talk about them. Small group, live sessions, real tools, and a cohort that'll probably become your people.

Personal training that meets you where you are — not where a fitness influencer thinks you should be. Logan builds programs around your real schedule, real body, and real goals.
